Welcome to IraniLink
Built for Iranians abroad — by Iranians abroad.
Last updated: June 2026
Salam — I'm Parham, the founder. Like so many other Iranians, I left Iran around 16 years ago and came to the UK for a better future and to continue my studies.
From the very start, the older generation would warn us: don't mix with other Iranians — if you spot one, look the other way. It was advice that stuck with a lot of us. But why? Doesn't every community thrive when its people stand together and lift one another up, the way so many others do?
Thankfully, that mindset has shifted a great deal over these 16 years — especially after everything that's happened in Iran recently. I feel like we're proud to be Iranian again.
When we see a fellow Iranian, we smile.
For the last seven or eight years I've wanted to build a service for Iranians in the UK — and later in other countries too — somewhere they could handle much of what they need in one place: Iranian businesses, events, and a classifieds board to easily buy and sell goods, skills and services. The idea itself isn't new or clever. But it came with two big challenges.
The first was building a system in the Iranian space that genuinely meets global standards — that takes serious time, money and specialist talent. And even if we solved that, the second was bigger: good data. Finding it, verifying it, sourcing and checking images, Google reviews, social links, translations, coordinates — doing all of it properly takes an enormous amount of time. Over the years a couple of friends tried to shortcut it, but what came out was 30–40% of the quality we wanted; they learned just how hard and precise this work really is. It mattered to me that IraniLink wouldn't become yet another thin directory — link-rich but data-poor, like the few that already exist. Honestly, doing this properly was close to impossible until the last few months, as AI matured.
AI has been turning the world upside down for two or three years now, and because of my own work over that time, I've built a lot with AI, automation and agent systems. So I set myself a challenge: design and maintain a system — dynamic, scalable, maintainable — that could take every one of those problems down to zero, or close to it.
I won't go too deep into the detail, but we now have more than 100 agents working around the clock. They collect and translate data, find social profiles, crawl the web for information on businesses, write code, run tests, design, source high-quality images, create social posts, check UK government sites for the latest regulations, and much more. It's all orchestrated together — with our team as the human in the loop, making sure the agents get it right.
AI agents, around the clock
tokens read & written — about 5,000 books
forever, for every Iranian
To give you a sense of the scale: these agents have already read and written over a billion tokens — roughly 5,000 books, or the entire Shahnameh read cover to cover, thousands of times over — all toward one goal: a world-class service for the Iranian diaspora, and soon, inside Iran itself.
The site is free, and it always will be, so that every Iranian can use it. Our roadmap is shaped and prioritised by your feedback — so please share yours, and tell your friends and family about us.
Here's to the day when no one is forced to leave their homeland for what they say, believe, or think.
